Messages and images used in gift creation on this platform are encrypted directly in your browser before they are sent to our servers.

We do not have access to your message content. We cannot read it, recover it, or decrypt it.

2. How Encryption Works

• Encryption happens on your device (client-side).
• The secret key is never stored in our database.
• The decryption key exists only in the shared link.
• Anything stored on our servers or CDN is encrypted data.

If the key is lost, the message cannot be recovered — even by us.

3. What We Store

• Encrypted message data
• Encrypted images
• Technical metadata (e.g. timestamps, message ID)

We do not store:

• Plain text messages
• Decryption keys
• Message previews or thumbnails

4. What We Can See

We can see that encrypted data exists — but not what it contains.

Think of it like a sealed envelope: we can deliver it, but we cannot open it.

5. Sharing & Access

Anyone with the full link (including the key) can open the message. Please share links only with people you trust.

We cannot restrict screenshots, screen recordings, or manual copying after a message is opened.

6. Third-Party Services

Encrypted images may be stored on third-party content delivery networks (such as BunnyCDN) to improve performance.

These services only receive encrypted files and cannot read your content.

7. Data Retention

Messages may be automatically deleted after a certain period or after being opened, depending on the sender’s choice.

Once deleted, encrypted data is permanently removed.

8. Your Responsibility

Because encryption keys are not stored by us, losing the link means losing access to the message.

Please save or share links carefully.

9. Policy Updates

If we ever change how data is handled, this policy will be updated clearly and transparently.
