1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for purchases of virtual coins that have not been used to create gifts. Once virtual coins have been redeemed for gift creation, they are non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issue with Giftagram platform that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame, you will get a refund.

2. What is non-refundable

Once virtual coins have been used to create a gift, they are non-refundable. This includes any gifts created with those coins, as well as any associated metadata or content.
